Virtual Business Advisor Workshop
March 30, 10 a.m. — noon
Russell Fischer Business Collection at the Camarillo Library, 4101 E Las Posas Road, Camarillo
Business owners and entrepreneurs are invited to learn about a recently launched, free virtual business advisor program (VBA) available at the Economic Development Collaborative-Ventura County’s website (www.edc-vc.com). VBA is an economic development tool that identifies personal and company strengths and weaknesses, benchmarks against other area companies and provides users with an analysis of how they can strengthen their businesses and access resources.
Ray Bowman, director of the Small Business Development Center of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, will demonstrate how attendees can use VBA to get feedback and recommendations on their businesses in the areas of entrepreneurship, finance, business management and startup readiness.
VBA was created through a partnership with the EDC-VC, SBDC of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties and QLBS, a New Zealand-based technology company.
